"Needs brighter light in bathroom, No on came and picked up trash or changed out towels or made the bed. Coffee in room would be nice."

"This hotel is right across the street from Kaufman Stadium. We went to a LC Royals baseball game. Technically you could walk from the hotel to the stadium. The rooms are large and the beds so comfy. Nice large TV with plenty of channels. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely stay again. A 30 minute Uber ride to the airport."

"Hotels.com Where you aware that this place was newly built and my reservation were for May 9th arrive and May 10th depart. Big surprise folks this place will not open until May 12 2026 SO I had to scramble to get moved to Home 2 by Hilton just down the road and what gets me today is the 10th and you folks don't even know you had a problem I'd get this problem solved that has to do with your bookings I gave you a 3 on everything because I couldn't comment or judge this Place Alan Johnson"

"Stayed there in the past maybe 10 years ago , it was nice . This time not so much, needs completely up dated , bad smell in hall way 3 rd floor . Must have had 20 watt lite bulbs in our room dark and dingy room . Needs complete update . Will not revisit till that happens . Should have had free breakfast at this price . Very , very disappointed ."

"This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated."

"Staff was amazingly sweet and very helpful. The hotel and rooms are well maintained. Breakfast was fantastic, everything was fresh and filling. Excellent selection and wonderful service from both the bar staff and the breakfast room staff. They were constantly cleaning and making sure everyone had what they needed/wanted.
