"Nice looking hotel and lobby area, did not like our bed, it has a wooden frame and when you sit up on edge of bed the wood rubs against the back of your legs! It was the worst design! Also don’t like that I could not adjust the room temp more, it seemed preset within a range and I couldn’t adjust cooler on a hot day? I would book again if wasn’t for that bad bed design…we’re traveling with 3 other family members and they all agreed."

"the rooms were very nice and spacious for the 3 of us. staff was very helpful when we had issues with the wifi (not their fault). i would recommend hotel does have a hair dryer for guests and possibly a pot and a pan for the suite rooms so guests can save a little money and cook at home. hotel has the stove top, so should be more accessible for travelers who are booking their for vacations"

"Great place to stay and explore Portland. The desk attendee was kind enough to upgrade our room while my wife and I were on our honeymoon. Best hotel we stayed in while exploring WA and OR. Very clean, helpful staff, and check out wasn’t until 12PM so we went to the Rose garden and Powell’s books before check out. The valet is $50 but your car is safe, and always arrived quickly when we sent a retrieval text. Overall 10/10 experience that was close to many of the things we wanted to see in...
