However, when we got to the property around 8 PM, the front desk informed us that our host, Marianne, had not sent them the required endorsement to allow us to stay, so they prevented us from checking in. "location was great. Close by to Uptown Mall & variety of restaurants. Unit was a good size and clean however during night time, we were able to hear noises which would be from neighbors, the refrigerator, and sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open the door. WiFi did go out on our 5th night, attempted to contact the host however there was no response. Overall, experience was good. "
