"Great location for our 1 night layover on the way out, as we didn’t have to lug all our luggage into Munich then lug it back to airport! After checking in, we just walked 3 minutes to the SBahn and took it to Marienplatz! But the hotel is lovely and clean and the breakfast was bountiful and delicious."

"The hotel is good value if you have a car. There is NO dedicated hotel shuttle to/from the airport. There are city busses. The bus schedule is intermittant. German holiday while I was there. Hotel desk told me to stand at the bus stop. They could NOT help me get Uber. Finally I paid 100 euros in taxi getting to and from the hotel. Transportation costs exceeded the room cost. Also lost hours of my time."

"Great location in Old Town, very walkable yet quiet. The room we had, 155, really needs a remodel. The old built-ins were charming, if a little impractical, but bathroom and other furnishings, flooring and general maintenance needs improvement. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was good. The breakfast offerings, included in the price, were great, including made-to-order omelettes Overall, front staff was good but not proactive with describing facilities and surrounding areas. "Excellent bar and fitness room. The property is not maintained properly. Had electricity (lighting going on and off) issues in the room, but since I stayed very shortly for 1 night, I did not bring it up. In addition, most of the international channels on TV are not really working (they are there, but there is no service)."
