We really enjoyed the hotel as it was very modern and had a unique Japanese style. The pool area and onsen were really luxurious and the food was fine dining and the kids meals were fantastic. The only slight negatives were that the hotel is a 10 minute drive from Gora station and the shuttle buses ...

A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people ...

Property was top class. Staff were all welcoming and nice. The scenic view from the outdoor hot springs was breathtaking. Highly recommend and for sure I will come back.
