Beautiful surroundings just outside Kyoto with very good access to public transport. The rooms were very spacious as well. If you wanna avoid staying downtown for a couple of days and have access to the nearby mountains for hiking this is a great spot.

Good location. Just beside the train station. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good.

We took a gamble staying here with it being a new hotel and there being no reviews but it absolutely paid off!! We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are really spacious!! The photos of the hotel dont do it justice. Its also spotlessly clean and they provide you with absolutely everything; face masks on arrival, perfect self pamper following a day of exploring! They also provide you with creams, all the toiletries you need, hair bobbles, ear plugs,...

An ideal location to get around with some nice coffee / cafes around for breakfast. Rooms were basic but clean and the beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Property is pretty new and is a peaceful location, Only 10 min walk from busy areas and 5 min from Sanjo station. Rooms are pretty small but clean and in good condition. Common areas are well maintained Staff are very polite, many of which are not Japanese. Everyone is eager to please. Many many Manga Books available to borrow!

A great place to stay, hotel staff was very friendly and professional interior was really nice room was very spacious. Great location couple minutes from the station and walking distance to a lot of places really enjoyed my stay.

clean , modern hotel. great location. great value for money. would stay there again

Great find a a very convenient location for our travels

The hotel is fairly new. It is centrally located within the district we stayed in about 4 km from Kyoto Station. The hotel staff were very helpful when we had to change our travel plans due to the cyclone that hit Tokyo and managed to find us alternative rooms in the hotel. Excellent service.

A great stay. Room was lovely and spacious. Great view. Breakfast was delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Rooftop has free snacks and drinks with a fire pit. Had such a lovely time

Excellent super modern hotel with reasonable size rooms within 5 minutes walking distance of metro. Good base for Kyoto with regular buses to Gion. Reception staff are super helpful. Drinks and pastries free all day !

Great location, beautiful hotel, very helpful staff and spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Such a lovely place

We booked the property on the day we stayed. What an excellent find, the location was perfect in Gion. The room had bath facilities which also had toothbrushes, razors, all shampoo and conditioner which really helped us as we did an unexpected stop off. There was a hairdryer, air conditioning and kettle. The staff were friendly, polite and welcoming they advised us where to eat and it was amazing food. Kyoto is fascinating we saw a few geisha and a must is the Golden Palace. If you love...

Our room was very spacious and totally quiet. The area was busy but perfectly situated for transport, shopping and dining whilst being in the heart of the city and yet only half an hours walk from most of the numerous major attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly and the free coffee etc was very welcome. We’d definitely return should we have the opportunity.

Although not enormous the rooms were well arranged with separate toilet, bathroom and sink areas with can be separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. Great onsen open from 3pm to 9am. Reception staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again!
