"The overall experience was great. The staff is friendly and responsive. I particularly liked the food served at Aqua, which is why I was disappointed at the food quality from Carnivorous. The food was served luke warm at best and the meats did not meet the standards one would expect from a reservations only establishment. "We were a group of 7 adults / 4 rooms. The entire hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. Our rooms were on the ground level. We knew that the rooms do not have air conditioning, but the heat of the rooms surprised us. The sea breeze doesn't get to cool the downstairs rooms, so sweat flowed every night :-).
