"Our stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mobile was very disappointing. The room had wet carpet and a strong unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom showed visible mold, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. In addition, the elevator was having issues during our stay, creating inconvenience and concerns about the overall condition of the property. We expected a much higher standard from a Marriott brand hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience did not meet expectations. We would not choose to stay here again and hope management addresses these issues promptly."

"Our rooms were not when we checked in at 9:30 PM . We had reservations for 2 rooms with queen beds, when we arrived the front desk advised she had a queen room read and a king room ready, I said fine Then it took forever to get keys to those rooms. Then she found another queen room however one bed hadn’t even been made, so I really don’t know if the room had been cleaned"

"From the ride from and to airport was exactly . From the Walmart runs that was a 10/10 . The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly . My family first time being in Mobile , Alabama . The property it self was just beautiful . Décor and floor was gorgeous . We really enjoy our stay , due to the weather that kept my family and there for two extra days ."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a positive impression. The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. In addition, the flooring throughout the hotel appeared worn and unclean, and it could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement. Despite those concerns, I still felt it was a nice hotel overall. The excellent customer service helped make up for some of the property's shortcomings. With a few updates and improvements to maintenance, this could be an even better place to stay."
