"Clean, nicely maintained hotel in the heart of downtown West Chester"

"Upon booking, I informed the hotel of our early arrival. Yet, when we were ready to check in, no one was prepared. We received the room key on a paper clip and town post-it note. "The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms and bathrooms spacious and clean. Great location!"

"Great hotel. Joe and Cheryl at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. The lady taking care of the breakfast buffet area was very pleasant and thoughtful. At the time of our stay they were actively renovating, which turned out to be quiet, quick, and looked really nice afterwards."

"The staff was amazing, and the accommodations were just as wonderful! The housekeeping team truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. I take a lot of vacations and staycations, and this place has officially become one of my new favorites! It’s affordable, offers free parking and complimentary breakfast, and provides excellent service. This was truly a great find, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

There was a large decorative panel next to the bathroom mirror completely missing. Toilet paper was scratchy. Not even a free bottle of water. Ridiculous. Lights in bathroom were so bright...
