"A beautifully run hotel, superb team and wonderful owner. The team helped me organise restaurants and trips and gave advice on transport and the buses etc. definitely ask them to help with the airport transfer … it is much better. The view is amazing and the breakfast is incredible… I cannot recommend the hotel enough"

"During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. We want to thank the Gold Tower management and staff for making our Italian experience more enjoyable - So glad we chose your resort!"

"This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No...

"Sehr grosses zimmer, leider ohne Balkon, der wegen der Umweltgeräuschen aber sowieso nicht benutzt werden könnte. Die Roof Top Bar war während unseres Aufenthaltes leider geschlossen. Lage direkt an der Alibus Station vom Flughafen. Ebenso starten hier direkt viele Touren wie zum Vesuv oder nach Pompeji"

"Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Pool sauber aber nicht beheizt. Das Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Die einzige Kritik betrifft das Frühstück: die Auswahl ist wunderbar, allerdings gibt es einige Speisen, wenn sie aus sind, nur auf Bestellung beim Personal."
