"We were charge for late check out fee! But we checked out at 07:45 am. I called horseshoe and they said the housekeeping noted there some belongings in the room at 01:40 pm, so we were charge for late check out fee ! It’s so frustrating reaching out to them to get answers and dispute the wrong charge. It’s a bad experience."

"Parking structure was 30 to 40 min wait every time you go out. You call to connect to ask them to let you out but no one answer for 10 min or more. Room service was not available for 2 days since body wash was completely out. Old hotel bad service!!!!"
