"The check in was slow. They did not honor any of my Expedia perks. The concierge desk was not inviting for questions. Zoox was not available at all during my stay. The app was not helpful either."

"This was was our first time there. We toured the pool area and learned it was 21 and up (only) which was not a problem for us. My only issue was the lock box in the room didn't work but - I also did not put in a work order for it. It is probably a simple fix. Other than that, it was a nice place and everything seemed close and within reasonable walking distance."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Thoroughly enjoyed a 4 night stay in King 1br on the 11th floor 11312. The bed was super comfortable. Full living room and kitchen. Went to target , like. Block or 2 away. Took our rolling suitcase which made it super easy to get everything up to the room. bought food, alcoholic and non alcohol beverages. Facing the Strip had decent view. Excellent service, room, amenities."
