"To start with, the road to get there is narrow and rough. Then had to sit out in their waiting parking area for way too long because they only help 1 person at a time in the office. Booked a park model trailer that was not ready or safe to stay in. Pipe used to lock sliding door. Possible mold in cabinets. Spiders and terrible odor while running the water. "The room was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a full kitchen. The fireplaces in each room worked so well that we didn’t have to turn on a heater. We were truly impressed with the layout of the unit. We will definitely speak about our travels to whomever wishes to stay in Big Bear. "

"Wonderful place! In a small community where it's secluded and peaceful, but still 10 minutes away from everything. There's also a little store in the community that's within walking distance. The community has a great park with toys for big & little kids (a skate park too). The house was clean and spacious. The host had great communication and did a great job at anticipating needs. The house has a very relaxing vibe. Loved it overall!"

"The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin! It was Clean, and felt very homey. And The Hosts are excellent! Super friendly, quick to respond and assist. Would definitely recommend!"
