"The Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was very clean. Our room was very clean comfortable. Loved the soaking tub in the room, slippers, and robe. We liked that the Casino was small, NON-SMOKING. It was nice to be able to go to the" EATALY" inside the hotel. It offered many choices mainly Italian. The breakfast crepes were amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Only one issue was trying to get our request for some extra room amenities resolved. It took two days and still was missing two...

"We appreciated that our hotel room was very clean, and we enjoyed having hotels, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. However, our check-in process took much longer than expected. The front desk staff member assisting us was not welcoming or engaging and only briefly apologized for the delay. We were also disappointed with the front desk staff member who assisted us with switching rooms after a water leak. The process took so long that we were nearly late for our scheduled event,...

"I checked in on Friday and there were no room keys the entire visit. I was met with additional wait time with every arrival. There were no answers on an estimated solution. Very inconvenient. Most of the staff was friendly, however others were abrupt and less friendly. The saving grace was the newly renovated room."

"First time staying in Las Vegas and this was the perfect hotel for my partner and I. Its not directly on the strip but extremely close! We chose this hotel because it's close proximity to the Sphere. We walked to the sphere from our hotel for a concert and it was a good manageable 15 minute walk. It did help that it was 7pm when we were walking. Locals mentioned it was better to walk then to end up stuck in traffic. On to the hotel, we booked the solitaire suite 1 king. It is a very nice room...
