"After the self-checkin where the process put me into a 1 King bed room, we called and ask the front desk if we can change to a double Queen bed, they said yes but it'll require we come down to Front Desk for the change. Little we know, that's dealing with 2 staff & 30person in front of us for 45min wait. :("

"The staff was friendly. The pools are gorgeous. The selection of restaurants was amazing. Will definitely be returning. "

"The tv in room was fuzzy, no coffee, no fridge. Pre-paid parking but then once departed had to pay again bc the parking garage system would not take room key. So had to pay using debit card. I asked for help with parking at the front desk, she gave me another room key and still didn’t work. I disputed to get my $40 back. Bc I ended paying $80 for 2 days. "

"Beautifully appointed, clean room, and housekeeping staff provided turn down service, other nice touches. Great shopping in the hotel, and convenient to other venues. The Mayfair Supper Club is a must for dinner, entertainment during dinner, excellent cuisine. Spago’s was also good. Room service was excellent, pricy but worth it. Only wished for in-room coffee. Highly recommend."
