"The only really annoying thing is that they don’t have a place for you to fill up your water when the gym is closed, and even when the gym is open, you have to walk like 10 minutes to get there and it’s not even cold water"

"Beautiful. Stunning. But had a few minor service issues. 40 people standing in line at 8am for the pool to open. It didn’t. Finally called from my phone and was told new pools hours stated today (Tues after Labor Day) and opens at 9 I explained the website still said 8 and there was absolutely so signage or employees. I was the one to let the other 40ppl waiting. Not a big deal. But I was expecteng the rooms to be out of this world. They were good. Poorly laid out with 25 foot entry hallway past the huge bathroom into the main space. I was looking forward to the approx 500sq ft but about a third of that was the useless hallway. Very low beds and chairs and gorgeous bathroom"
