"Rooms basic for a 4 star hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in room. First night room was cold and pillows flat. Poor night sleep. Quite isolated from nearby amenities. Staff at reception not very friendly or helpful. Checked out a day early even though I paid for 3 nights. Probably wouldn’t stay again. None of the facilities were explained to me. 😔😔"

"- A worn-out mattress !!! During our stay, we had to evacuate at night because of a fire... without much panic... luckily, it was just smoke in the basement... I hope??... unfortunately, the staff failed to let us know that everything was okay... so after the evacuation itself, there was chaos... Breakfast was standard....unfortunately, no delicacies The wellness area was good, the pool water temperature was good...unfortunately, it was often very crowded"

"The gym did not have a functional stationary bike to adjust tension. Not much in it, my home gym is better equipped."

"Absolutely awesome hotel. Great specious room more like a small one room apartment. Very nice breakfast. Clean and quiet. Free parking. The only small downside is the distance to the tram or bus to the old town center.but since we came with a car and there is a park & ride free parking lot 3 min. drive from the hotel we had no issue with rhat. Bottom line great hotel especially for travelers with a car."
