Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "Spacious accommodation but areas need attention. Toaster broken. Broken glass in cupboard. Oven needs cleaning. Bathrooms need a good clean. Pillows need replacing. Shelf in wardrobe broken. Only one bedside cabinet - plenty of room for two. Stained sheet in one bedroom. Ample parking. Host allowed us early entry. "
