"cost effective overnight stay before catching plane from Gatwick. Hotel provided instructions on how use the Hoppa bus which were very helpful. diner was well priced, service very good as was the food. Breakfast good on day of departure."

"The location of this hotel is great, 15 min walk from Denbies and right at the base of Box Hill for a hike. The pool is nice but you can't use it after check out and it closes at 7 even in the middle of summer! The Air Con did not work. The room was fine but quite old and tired. Overall great for location but not a luxurious stay"

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioing welcome in the recent heat wave. Ienjoyed walking round the grounds and being able to take a drink out on to the lawn. The surroundings were pleasant."

"You get what you pay for. For the price we paid, the guest house served its purpose. The room was fine, but the best bit was proximity to airport- we could easily jump on a bus and be there within 20 minutes."
