"The staff were very friendly and supportive. I needed to extend my room very late at night and they were so kind to do it for me. Location is great too. The only issue was that I found a bug on the bed sheet. The staff assured me that it’s not a bedbug and it’s a carpet bug! Anyhow I don’t think it’s appropriate to see a bug of any kind on the bed sheet. I ended up putting towels on the bed to able to lay down but it was not a good night sleep at all. Water is coming out of the shower and the floor is moldy and swallen. So, the washroom door jams. Overall design is somewhat pretentious but with unnecessaryly reduced space and functionality. Would have been better with more conventional simpler approach. Overall recommended though."
