"My daughter and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea Harbour Hotel during our Wimbledon trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and took great care of us throughout our visit. "The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great. The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room. The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions. The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out. "Great hotel but if you plan on working while you’re there, don’t. The internet was absolutely terrible. Fine for an email or two but for any video or even non-video conferencing be prepared to cut out every minute or two. Incredibly frustrating.
