"I would like to thank the staff at this hotel for making our stay so memorable. Everyone from front desk to restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful . Our room had a fabulous view of the bay, so beautiful. Location is great, just a 10 minute leisurely walk to train station. Bed was comfy . The only negative thing about room was the location of A/C unit which blows right at the bed. I already have sinus issues and this was a challenge as rooms do get warm. Breakfast was very expansive and varied and delicious. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again."

"Best thing about this place is its location, right in the centre of Genoa. The breakfast is worth giving a wide birth even at 8 euros per head. No hotwater for tea and no butter or spread, even when I asked. Plenty of decent cheap bakeries close by. I had some issues with broken toilet seat and lack of clothes hangers but rectified by Antonio quickly. He was excellent and so helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean, good shower and excellent bed and very quiet so for those reasons would definitely go back."
