"Exceptional customer service from everyone incountered that is impressive. Hotel is a bit dated but in very good condition with nice beach club. Only knocks are its a bit far from main attractions (30min walk to casino and 60min to Palace) and other restaurants "
"Room is mouldy with visible mold growing on the walls. The room also smells incredibly mouldy as soon as we walked in.
Garden is quite run down with metal chairs covered in rust. Make sure you have your tetanus shot up to date.
Did not have the courage to look under the bed.
Staff do not quite understand what the word ‘service’ means. "

"A lovely quiet and very spacious room at the back of the premises. Very relaxing to stay in. Close to a supermarket and easy walking distance to the train station. Also easy location for getting around Monaco (providing you are fit, the stairs are a killer)."
