The location was excellent right across the street from the beach, beautiful sunrise, and sunset. The breakfast included is fantastic, great way to start your morning - unlimited with a large variety to choose from. I would suggest not booking a room on the street side, it’s very noisy and difficult to sleep with the traffic, and garbage pick up early. Unfortunately, when we were there, the air-conditioning was not working, it was unbearable. The hotel was full but they did manage to upgrade us to a beautiful ocean view room. I would recommend this location.

Great hotel and friendly helpful staff. Got stuck in Ventimiglia and they sent a taxi right away without any issues. Breakfasts are great. Air conditioning was great. Only issue is they do not off laundry/dry cleaning service so you have to go to a public laundy machine place to do your laundry if you are in town for longer stays. Other than that everything was great.

Breakfast was bad, especially the presentation of it. Very old hotel with a need of renovation. Location good, next to beach. Dinner was good. In the room the air condition blew straight to bed, and you could only control the fan speed, not the temperature (cause so old system).

​Great staff and location, but needs upkeep. ​The Good: Fantastic location and lovely, helpful staff. ​Facilities: The property is in need of maintenance. Only having one lift causes noticeable delays. ​Breakfast: Needs serious improvement. It’s a shame to be in the land of wonderful bread, cheese, charcuterie, and lemons, yet find none of them on the table. ​The Garden: A lovely space overall, though the siren sculpture is an unfortunate eyesore.

This hotel is in a great location. I was disappointed though because I upgraded my room so I would have a balcony as shown in the pictures but didn’t get one. The staff said it is not guaranteed and would offer no compensation. I also didn’t like that there was no place for me to sit outside. Lots of empty tables and chairs around but you can’t use them unless you order food or drinks from them, even though these tables aren’t set for meals. There wasn’t a pool or workout room.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again on my next trip to Menton. Beautiful property with a wonderful view of the sea and just steps from the old town. Walking distance to the train to explore the other areas of Côte D’Azur as well.
