"Great place to stay after or long flight or before a flight "

"Room was extremely warm. Complained to reception but was told that no air conditioning could be used due to time of year - only suggestion was to open the window. We had done this but was a warm evening so made little difference (and was very noisy!). No real sympathy/recognition from reception that we were a family of 4 with the 2 children really struggling. Token gesture of asking how our stay was in the morning - I again fed back that it was very warm but there was no acknowledgement."

"Room was clean, but very hot. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We could not find the location of the hotel shuttle at Malpensa Terminal 1 as the signs in the airport were wrong so had to take a taxi. We booked a shuttle to take us back to the airport the next morning and when we reserved it we were not told that it was €10 per person. This would have been helpful to know as a taxi would have been cheaper."

"Ample parking, staff were friendly and efficient, the room was huge, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was way too crowded on the first day, the second day it was better but still busy. "
