"Family run traditional older style hotel. Lovely from start of our visit till we checked out. All the staff were polite, helpful and available when you needed them for advice or local info. WiFi worked well, pool was good with a guy on duty all day for drinks etc. Would definitely stay again"

"What a wonderful surprise to experience such a beautiful and caring calming space. Everything about the atmosphere and caring staff made all the difference for my husband and I first time visit to Mondello. We were so fortunate to have such a lovely stay. The linens the extra warmth with design of the space and detail was like we were at home. The freshness the especially the kindness of your staff serving of the breakfast with fresh fruits and fresh jams etc was so special. We honestly felt very lucky to have booked this boutique hotel. Thank you until we meet again🙏worth every minute of our stay"

"Great location. Beautiful views. Large rooms with balconies. The front desk staff- Ania was amazing. She was exceptionally helpful, kind, accommodating and always pleasant. One of the few hotels that offer parking. it is also about 25 minutes away from Palermo airport. I do recommend this place."

"Breakfast was OUTSTANDING (especially loved the variety of fresh fruits, yoghurts and the juices- traditional Italian breakfasts can be very pastry-heavy!), and also the best air con of any of the places we stayed whilst in Sicily (no need to set the temperature as low as you think!). Lovely comfortable room and helpful staff. The location is quiet, and would be perfect if you are coming by car. Lovely little local shop 2 minutes away who can make you up sandwiches to take to the beach / on your days out (open mornings till about 2pm, and then evenings 5-8pm). For public transport users like ourselves, note that this town is quite spread out (large blocks), and in the July heat, that means it is quite far and quite uncomfortable to walk around much. Taxis don't seem that easily available (although the hotel helped arrange our taxi back to Palermo on departure- we'd arrived by bus but couldn't face the walk and two bus journey in the heat for return). It would be ideal if this hotel could offer rental bikes, as that would make a big difference to getting around Modello. Our bathroom was across the corridor, which was not a problem other than there was no slide lock on the inside of the door- the only way to close it was with the same room key. Not a big deal, but a slide lock on the inside would be an improvement. Overall, very charming place to stay, but location not so convenient without a car if you are coming in the hottest months."

"Nice comfortable room at a perfect location, by Mondello beach with several restaurants and entertainment options in vicinity. The building is undergoing a renovation and the rooms are beautifully newly remodeled. Ocean view room has a nice balcony offering a pleasant experience for morning coffee and sunset. Parking is available right next to it. Giulia was super helpful and made herself available via WhatsApp at all times."

"Once I'd found the entrance behind the gate, everything fell into place, and the hostess was so helpful and friendly throughout - there is car parking inside the gate, and the room itself was a good size, with effective aircon and a fridge - there were though a few mosquitoes about, so bring repellant in the warmer months. The bathroom for the room (just one step across the hallway) was compact, but the shower effective and it was all well lit. A short ten minute walk gets you to the beachfront at Mondello, so location wise this is perfect, and knowing the car was safely parked was a bonus. The real highlight though was the chatty (my Italian improved enormously in 24 hours!) hostess, and the breakfast that she prepared in the communal dining area was amazing - eggs, ham sandwich, croissants, yoghurt, fresh coffee...I would have happily stayed longer just for the breakfast alone."
