They told me the property I booked was unavailable due to "maintenance issues" and offered to move me to a different property which was nowhere near where I needed to be. "Overall, for the value, its a good choice tp stay at. We were in town for an event at Louis Armstrong stadium and this hotel was convenient to that and flying in and out of Laguardia. Soft bed. Easy check in. Bathroom is OK but, at least in our room (306) there was no place inside the shower for soap or anything so that was a bit odd. Subway is about a half mile walk away"

"Stayed here during my trip to Flushing and had a great experience. The location is super convenient, especially for food and transportation. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet at night. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Definitely one of the better hotel options in the area. Would stay again."
