"My entire experience at this hotel was ruined when I came to check in after traveling for hours on a very stressful weekend and was berated as if I were a child by the night check-in manager for not calling and letting them know that I was running late. As far as I knew my reservation was booked and if I didn't show up I was being charged for the hotel room whether I showed up or not because that's the terms I agreed to. Not only that, but in the morning we had to deal with the smell of them putting tar on the asphalt in the parking lot with a blow torch and a frying pan. Unprofessional. The mattresses were horrible. The beds felt like rocks as an emergency because I didn't have a choice sure, but if I had a choice on where to stay it would not be this place "

"Only reason for overall “2-Stars” is because they LIMIT you to only one guest per/room. If I pay over $200/night I should be able to have whoever I want over. Obviously nothing crazy but just the simple fact that I can’t have company more than 2 people just to have fun is INSANE. I won’t be coming back to this hotel, even again. Sorry!"
