"Expectations were already low, but the general dinginess of the property didn’t help elevate the stay. No reason to think the towels and linens weren’t freshly laundered, but they just had a very used look to them. All the furnishings and furniture looked really outdated too."

"It was okay if you need a roof over your head for a night or two. I’ll list the good and the bad things. The back door entrance to the hotel doesn’t lock so anyone could walk into the hotel at any time. There was a random pair of abandoned shoes near the back entrance and a bike that never moved. The room itself was okay. Somewhat clean. All furniture is old, the chair in the room had a tear in it with several stains. The comforter had stains and two cigarette burn holes. Sheets had a couple of...

"The front desk staff were great as well as the bellman. The room was great. The one downfall was the drinks from the bar. Two of the four drinks were not drinkable. Due to it being busy, we opted to not say anything and chose to just not drink them."

"Great staff. Very large suite with superb kitchen amenities. The hotel overnight parking spaces are narrow, and on Saturday night, there was no room for my vehicle. But the staff at night was very helpful, and I was able to use a spot outside of the gated area. Breakfast offerings were of good quality for being complimentary. Recommended!"

"I liked everything about this place except for the person who checked us in, she was rude and confrontational. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and never been questioned as to my ID the way this woman did. I felt like I was being interrogated. She needs to have someone teach her the meaning of being in customer service."

"Check in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and very easy to get in and out. I am a coffee drinker and couldn’t have been happier with the roast choices. Place was clean and perfectly located off the PA Turnpike. I would recommend this hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."
