"The room was large, clean and comfortable. Free parking, though if you tried to park after 9 pm it was very limited or there was none because of some construction going on. Did not have any food, so no comment on that. Would stay here again."

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

"The lady at the desk was very helpful but the hotel was dirty .it need a good paint job The room smell like smoke . I said something to the lady and said if I could stand the smell she would switch my room but I didn’t want to bother her .ITS NOT HER FAULT.. I UNDERSTAND ITS A TOP HOTEL BUT I DIDNT ENJOY THE SMELL . The breakfast was was good and the staff was friendly . It says it a smoke free hotel but as soon as I open the door of the room it smell my mother in laws house . Not good"

"The staff was great and super accommodating to all requests. The breakfast was amazing. The check in/check out process was easy and the room was just as pictured and well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful place!"

"My room was never cleaned the whole time I stayed there from 05/14 to 05/18. The bed was never changed. It was uncomfortable and quite disturbing. I asked one of the hotel staff up front why my room wasn't cleaned and I was told they only did every other day. The hotel staff was usually helpful and nice but some were not. "The late check in process is a nightmare for anyone over 60!!! I called the hotel in the afternoon & let them know that I would be checking in late and they said they would send me a link for a pre-arrival check list. I never received it. Then I arrived after 11 pm absolutely exhausted. I tried using My confirmation booking number & it said my booking could not be found. I then called the support phone number & it took over 25 minutes bc she get sending me codes that didn't work. ...
