"The stairs were dirty Going up to our room. The room smelled bad not a good experience and would not ever stay here"

"The rooms are renovated and clean, but the buildings are old, there was a smell of the old building. It is a nice place, but a bit remote."

"The sheets and pillows all had hair on them. The floors were not clean, the bathroom counter hair on them and toilet was dirty. Do not recommend staying there ."

"Food options are limited and expensive. Pool and hot tub are nice, wish it was open longer. Casino machines were just okay, many were broken/malfunctioning and all were very tight. They charge extra for everything, including extra towels to your room or housekeeping. Service and staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, however the A/Cs don’t work great if you’re in a west facing room. Parking is awful, very poor signage and packed."

"The pictures posted are not accurate. Room was dirty had to wear my sandals the whole time. Lost my necklace and had to pull the bed out. Disgusting you can tell hadn’t been cleaned behind there sense who knows when. You definitely get what you paid for. Not a 7.5 rating"

"Rooms were not cleaned in days specially the bathroom floors (I end up cleaning the floor with a few wet towels), sheets were changed and the beds were comfortable, staff were friendly, but they could do so much. Rooms need remodeling, especially the bathroom as the faucets were hardly working despite of good water pressure."

"I do enjoy the hotel but there are some downsides. There was some issues with checking in and later the keys cards not working. While it was fixed immediately, it’s still inconvenient. The staff is friendly and helpful though."

"Staff at front desk that check us in, was very very rude and show no respect on us. He yell and embarrass us infront of other guest. He treated to cancel our reservation due to us asking the same question if how long before a room could be available. He could have been nicer, a little smile wont hurt, a better and kind words won’t hurt. Just image tried from driving and meeting a RUDE, DiSRESPECTFUL, person. He is the first person to meet you quest. (?)"

"Great place for kids and family a lot of activities to do San Diego is only 44 away with great beaches and museums but honestly, you do not need to leave the resort. There’s plenty activities to do on the site when you get there there’s a map. There’s also a plan of activities they do throughout the week. There’s a winery next-door. I always have a great selection of wines. I can’t put everything into this one paragraph but I will give this place a 10 out of 10."
