"Kitchen and apartment are brand new. Rooftop pool is enclosed but not heated. Gym has the latest tools but no stairmaster. 3 treadmills and many weight machines and free weights. Also there is an outdoor small track. Kitchen was spotless with over and all necessary accesories."

"O apartamento estava impecável, tem uma pequena cozinha de apio, churrasqueira a gás, ótimo para quem tem uma estadia longa, para se sentir em casa mesmo, todos os funcionários foram gentis, sempre muito atenciosos. O hotel tem uma ótima localização, fizemos alguns pontos turísticos andando, como a calle florida, obelisco, casa rosada tudo bem próximo, tem drogarias, lojas, conveniências em volta do hotel. "

"Great location in the historic district. Staff was very friendly. Place was a bit quirky. Room key cards were a constant problem. Often needing to be replaced daily or more as they no longer worked. Breakfast was also a bit off. Ice cold scrambled eggs or meats on the buffet always throw up a red flag for me. We ended up eating elsewhere after the second day where they arbitrarily decided they’d no longer make omelettes to order."

"We thought there was a pool but there was no information about it and you had to enquire about it through the spa. One of the lamps in the room gave me a slight electrical shock. They replaced it. The kettle didn’t work. They replaced it. There was only tea and sugar. No coffee or milk. Bathroom door was opaque with toilet just behind it. I felt there was no privacy. Staff were wonderful. The room was spacious. "

"La ubicación es bastante buena, la relación calidad/precio inmejorable.
La habitación es de tamaño normal con un baño de buen tamaño y una regadera excelente, buen sistema de aire acondicionado, podrían mejorar la limpieza de la habitación ya que se nota que no limpian debajo de las camas y había cabellos en el baño.
Tiene un guardarropa con pocos ganchos, cajones de buen tamaño con puertas de espejo de piso a techo, un par de burós con lámparas y cajones bastante útiles.
La cama es bastante...

"We stayed 6 nights at Hotel Marbella. Staff is beyond professional and welcoming. Smooth check in and check out.
Check in at 11am - check out 10:30 am.
Comfortable rooms. They only provide 1 body towel per person but they do change it everyday.
A/C and elevator works great.
They keep the room key every time we had to go out.
They have bag storage available! At no cost.
A lot to do in the area! Mini grocery store, Subte, bus and restaurants are located all in the same block.
