"Can’t beat the location, and the staff. Hands down amazing and so was the valet parking. However, in the warmer “spring” months the hotel doesn’t turn on their AC making the room very hot. And due to the busy location (though convenient) made it too loud to open a windows. The front desk was able to reimburse for our second night because we couldn’t sleep there again. "

"I have stayed at several hotels in Edmonton and all the beds are either hard as the floor or lumpy. The beds at this hotel are awesome and so comfortable. I think, besides cleanliness, a comfortable bed is VERY important when staying at a hotel."

"The room was not very clean, it was very outdated. The tap was leaking, the TV didnt work properly. The room was very small! Cracks in the ceiling, cracks in the walls I called the front desk and asked if i only stayed one night (i had booked two) if i would be charged. They said no but offered to upgrade me to a bigger room, with two beds. I accepted and we stayed both nights. The uograded room was still very much outdated, not clean, cracks in the ceiling, baseboards. The TV did work properly at least. I didnt go to the breakfast We were on the first floor, as we had two dogs with us I guess you get what you pay for! Will not be staying again anytime soon."

"The front desk staff was amazing. Friendly, accommodating, made us feel comfortable. He spoke perfect English. Coffee/cappuccino/latte machine and water cooler in the lobby are much appreciated. Very basic breakfast, it’s okay. Spacious rooms. "
