"This hotel was amazing! And very undersold. I loved everything about this hotel. You drive up to what looks like a stately castle. Gorgeous clean hotel with the most beautiful grounds. There is a large pond and park on the grounds in front of the hotel with Lilly pads in the pond and the most serene setting to sit and relax and read. "We enjoyed our stay at BW Concord NH. Great staff, always available and helpful. Breakfast with a good variety. Hot tub is the highlight of our stay, a great addition after our daily walks. Pool is nice too and they have some pool toys for kids. What I would suggest as an improvement is the carpet and AC filter’s smell of humidity."

"The room was comfortable but there was clearly someone smoking in a room nearby. The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell. The breakfast was very limited. Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway. I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool."

"The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was spacious. The breakfast was absolutely killer. 10/10. The gym had a great assortment of equipment. The indoor pool was great. The location was perfect. You didn't hear traffic all night, but you could still get to anything you needed within 5/10 minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in the area."

"The hotel staff was friendly and polite, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was disappointing. The elevator was dirty and smelled strongly of urine, which gave a very poor first impression. I also didn't like that housekeeping only cleaned the rooms every other day instead of daily. On the second day, we needed clean towels, but none were left in our room. When we went to the front desk to ask for some, the employee told us they didn't have any clean towels...
