"The site is especially showing its age. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The room appeared clean. Bathroom needs some maintenance. TV and AC worked great. Bed wasn't bad but bring your own pillow. Parking a bit challenging but it's Tahoe, parking is always an issue."

"We arrived and had an issue with another tenant the staff was on top of everything relocating and upgrading our room to a suite. We highly recommend the suite. The pool was very nice, the convenient shuttle was great, the bikes available on loan, and the complementary champagne, and the lake views. The location was great.
