Why would you wait to pass away and go to heaven( if you believe so) if you can simply book a ticket to Florence and visit "Poggio Baronti"?!! An amazing and spectacular villa hidden in the heart of Tuscany with superb panorama view and just 7-8 minutes drive away from the city(That is exactly what we liked most-privacy and beautiful nature). I guess I would not surprise anyone of the readers after I confess that the Italian hospitality and respect from "Poggio Baronti" staff was something that...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very friendly, comfortable and great location. We will definitely visit again.

A comfortable experience for a woman travelling alone. Was made to feel very welcome. Lovely peaceful garden for those more relaxing moments after a busy tourist experience in the city.

This is a very nice property. We had 2 very pleasant stays here. Highly recommend.

The stay was in a perfect location, right by the train station and in easy walking distance of the centre. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options and a so comfy and spacious in the room Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful bed and breakfast in a peaceful location yet in easy walking distance of the centre of Florence. Beautiful room and bathroom which were spotless and Irene was very welcoming. Easy check in procedure. We couldn't recommend this place enough. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Truly amazing place. Staff were amazing and so were the rooms. If you are visiting Florence you must stay at La Maison Du Sage

The location was fantastic, just over the river and close to a lively square lined with places to eat. The rooms were beautiful, very stylish, spacious and comfortable. The whole team were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to Florence.

Pure luxury! Beautiful rooms, great service, lovely breakfast and some lovely unexpected extras. Location couldn’t be better. Would highly recommend.

What a lovely, well-located boutique hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and the rooms were very nicely decorated, large, modern, and clean. The staff were also very helpful.

Ehat an amazing find. This is slap bang in the middle of Florence but like a little retreat tucked away behind double doors. Its a 2.minute walk to the cathedral and on one of the main shopping streets. Its up a couple of flights of stairs but once up its a little sanctuary. I found the room to be clean, well equipped and modern. The shower was powerful and theres a nespresso coffee machine in the room. Breakfast orders were taken upon arrival and they offered some dinner recommendations too....

Hotel is lovely, decor is beautiful and such a great location in the centre. The only issue that really let it down was the noise from the nightclub :( the entrance/smoking area was bang outside our window and I didn’t get any sleep for 2 nights even using the ear plugs provided. My partner had no issues but if you’re a light sleeper like me (and grumpy with lack of sleep) this might not be the best place.

This is a superb former palace with luxurious amenities, first class service and a breakfast out of the pages of Gourmet magazine. No exaggeration. And it’s perfectly centrally located too.

My favourite thing was the shower, such a great size in comparison to some of the standard sizes in Italian accommodation. If you’re happy to have a 20 minute walk to the main tourist area this is perfect, amazing boutique shops nearby but the property was so clean and the room size was perfect. There was an issue with the access keypad but the owner arrived so quick to help and the communication for the property in general was seem-less. I would definitely book again for any future trips.

Had a lovely one night stay at this property, and wish it could have been more. Our hosts were great, really friendly and welcoming. The area was perfect for us, not too far from the main tourist attractions, but situated in a prime location to experience Florence as a local.

Clean rooms, amazing staff, very good location
