"We were very excited for this hotel. The only thing going for it is the location & breakfast. To start we booked a 1 king room and got 2 doubles. The plugs were very loose, a safety concern, and we struggled to charge any of our devices. There was essentially no water pressure and we asked to use a microwave and we were told it would be $20. I am extremely disappointed for the price of this hotel."

"Clean and spacious handicapped room -- but only one chair.
Easy parking under awning (solar PV on top).
Bathroom floor extremely slippery when wet -- very bad idea for any room, but particularly for handicapped. Good shower. Lights in bathroom are people-sensing, so we could not leave them on at night to see our way into the bathroom.
First morning only one regular and one decaf coffee in room. The coffee pods (Keurig imitation) were too small for the machine, so I had to puncture them in...

"I enjoyed the location and the hotel itself very much. My issue was VERY loud neighbors both nights I stayed, particularly the first night. The rooms are lovely but if you have loud neighbors, you will hear everything. And I mean everything. I think this could be easily addressed by letting people know expectations of quiet after 10pm and before 6am and having a way to easily address if someone is being disruptive."

"The beds were comfortable and the location within easy reach of the city attractions.
The photos online are from a past refurbishment. The actual rooms and main lobby look much more tired than the photos.
There isn’t air conditioning in all rooms and the rooms get very warm.
