"The hotel was clean, the location was great, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The bed was not comfortable at all, the AC unit was not working properly, and the shower was extremely small. "Excellent breakfast, fantastic location, helpful staff and very comfortable room. Although the hotel was in the heart of the tourist district, directly across the piazza from the magnificent Teatro Massimo, it was surprisingly quiet in my room. Standing on my balcony, I could immerse myself in vibrant Palermo street life, but closing the curtains, I was in a quiet, serene and private environment. And the air conditioning was a godsend during the 40° C heatwave!"
