"We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The biggest highlight is the location — right in the heart of Palermo and within easy walking distance of the main sights, which made it easy to explore and pop back to the hotel during the day. It’s also only around 15 minutes from Palermo Centrale station, which was very convenient. The only downside is that it’s quite far from Palermo Notarbartolo, where we rented a car, so that meant relying on taxis or buses.
The room was spacious, clean, and the air...

"we stayed for 3 nights in the upper floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a very welcome outdoor patio space. Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo. "Room was clean and tidy on arrival. Air conditioning had a remote to operate it, but it didn't want to work on the last day. Breakfast was decent but no eggs. Desk staff very professional. The biggest concern was a shower. The size of it allows comfortably fit only a child. The caulking around the base with black mold and smells like mold. Location of the hotel compensated for the above mentioned issues."

"We had a beautiful spacious, well equipped room including a sauna room in the bathroom.
Stephi and Elanora were very helpful -nothing was too much trouble
Breakfast was included -plenty of choice even though nothing was cooked.
Good communication pre visit and especially with late self check in
Would definitely recommend -great location too in the old part of Palermo -5 minutes from the cathedral"

"This is ideal to have a beautiful bedroom with a nice and new toilet in the city centre.
You’ll have price and privacy but you must put some effort. My room was so quiet and good light blocking blinds.
Perfect for a good night sleep.

There’s a lift.

"The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

Lovely, clean and comfortable room with safe, fridge, kettle and a fantastic shower.
Excellent breakfast, Lory was friendly and super helpful in understanding my allergy requirements which made a big difference in feeling comfortable to eat. I'd recommend both Spera and Lory for making my stay safe and comfortable."
