"Avevamo prenotato un tipo di stanza e ci è stata data un'altro tipologia di stanza, tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente. Qualche problemino ma subito risolto dal gestore."

"Don't stay in off season as you can't use the pool despite it being warm enough!! . Miles from anywhere. Very noisy from the road (like a race track at night) - Poor in room (no tea/coffee facilities) and out of room facilities were non existent. Breakfast was as minimal as it could be and of low quality. Very poor selection. Some of the staff were lovely, others were either rude or unhelpful. Don't be fooled by the photographs!!"

"AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "

"Excellent hotel! The rooms were modern, comfortable & very clean. Excellent views of the beach too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff & they were all friendly. The food was delicious too. Bacoli although not a tourist area we found that a refreshing change. "

My reservation was for 3 people and another person ended up coming so we had to purchase another room which was not a problem.The woman checking us in told us that she would give us a discount if we paid her directly instead of booking through expedia.
