"Avevamo prenotato un tipo di stanza e ci è stata data un'altro tipologia di stanza, tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente. Qualche problemino ma subito risolto dal gestore."

"What an incredible place. Beautifully appointed, spotless, breath-taking view. Way better than anticipated. Host Anna was most gracious and knowledgable, and makes fresh delicious breakfast every morning. This B&B is part of a group called, “Slow Stay in Italy”, which specializes in quality, authentic and sustainable tourism. Cannot recommend Relais Tiarè enough, wish we could have stayed longer. Deserving of 6 stars!"

"Beware - The only access to the property is through a locked street level door. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. The staircase is very steep to ascend/descend, very difficult & dangerous to navigate with heavy luggage. The AC worked very poorly. The property manager did not physically show up at the property during my two night stay. "

We just left Puteoli Palace, we had a great stay, While the property is walkable to several restaurants, a grocery store and a few historical hidden gems, it is NOT close to the hustle n bustle of the city’s center. We had tours scheduled at various times, and the hotel’s driver accommodated us with no issues. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive to Naples Grand Central Station. The room was super clean! "AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "

"The room itself was nice. It was clean and updated. The hotel had a nice terrace. Unfortunately the hotel had a pretty frequent sewage smell that built during the night. The fume/sewage gas smell was strong if the windows were closed at all. The housekeeping women were very nice and helpful. The manager was nice, but didn’t give much help. He was unable to give directions/options for dining in the area. I would pick a different area of Italy to visit."

"Be aware that if you plan to cruise or use the airport shuttle, do your research. The location is not close to the cruise port, so you will pay a lot in taxi fares. The airport shuttle only runs from 9 am to 5 pm. If you have a large group, they will not accommodate the whole group, plus you have to reserve in advance. There is nothing close by (food or attractions). The breakfast was good, the hotel's view was good, and the room was clean. If cruising out of Naples or visiting the area, I...
