"Excellent property and awesome staff. Updated rooms and nice beds/showers. Definitely take advantage of the personal sauna & hot tub. The only downside is the property is not close to anything, including the airport. They do operate an airport shuttle but it only runs from 0900-1700 so if your flight leaves at 0900 like ours did, can’t use the shuttle. Breakfast starts at 0700 so if you need to leave earlier than that they will make you a box to take. Great views of Mt. Vesuvius, the bay and ocean."

"The property needed some maintenance in the spa and exterior. Cracks and concrete pieces were possibly evident from earthquakes in the recent months. The staff was as usual(I’ve stayed here numerous times since 2002)very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned daily and compared to other hotels was the complete package. Great location with access to train, restaurants and shops, with priceless views of Capri and the sea it lies."

"Pool was closed. Burger my husband got smelled rotten sent it back still had to pay for it and the old guy running the breakfast was pretty rude to us after the burger was sent back so we ate elsewhere after that. Room was nice but there were ants coming out of the door jamb in the bathroom. Bed was one of the comfiest we had so far in italy tho. Location was up high so no good unless you have a car"
