"I had an incredibly distressing and unsafe experience at this property. I arrived at midnight to find my assigned room door standing wide open. An unidentified man, claiming to be "maintenance," was exiting the room. Upon inspection, the door frame was severely splintered and the strike plate was missing, making it physically impossible to lock or secure the door properly.
