"It’s close to United States Military Academy — about a 29–30 minute drive — and conveniently near the outlets and restaurants. I highly recommend it. The breakfast is basic, but it’s hot and fresh. The rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel is very well maintained, and the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The room rates are also very reasonable. Will definitely come back again."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Staff came to the room at 2am to assist with an emergency! They were incredible. Breakfast was good and there were acceptable amount of options. There are many accessible entries other than the front door, which makes getting to your room more convenient. Free parking. Some areas of improvement are WiFi speed and showers. There is no plastic barrier so the water leaves the tub often."

"Room had a a bug in the bed , they had to move us as soon as we got there, there was a fowl humid smell in room and air didn’t work. The other room when the shower was on, the pipes made a horrific noise my husband said it was air in the pipes. And the second room we were moved I also had a smell. I think they should remove carpets. Towels had hair so I don’t know the last time they wash. Overall I don’t like to give bad reviews but this one had to be told. The breakdowns the staff was great...

"Room was clean, but there was a closet holding a machinery for what sounded like the whole floors AC unit that was very loud and made it difficult to sleep; they also overbooked the place and tried to tell us we hadn’t checked in when our car was already parked in their locked garage. It was wild. The staff were friendly and apologetic, but we won’t be staying there again"

"Check in was great - very helpful person. Overall value was fine. The facility itself is a bit tired looking. Its decently maintained but it is more than showing its age - both in the rooms (especially in the bath area) and common areas where rugs are just a little frayed, thrusholds ae missing, walls are marked. Same goes for outside landscaping and paved areas. Overall its fine but not to be confused with a recently built facility."
