I would say the hospitality from the entire work staff was impeccable, even though we were there at possibly the worst time in history during hurricane Melissa the staff made sure that everyone was safe and well taken care of outside of the fact of us not having any running water or air-conditioning. ...

Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle - All Inclusive
My family and i had a great time, the staff were exceptional. Place were clean especially our host on the first night. I think her name is Tara kay beautiful soul, very helpful. I definitely will be back.

Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive
I was staying at the Grand Palladium Jamaica resort during hurricane Melissa and staff tried to make the guest comfortable and they did their Best even know that Melissa was the worst Hurricane to hit the island .
