"I had the nost amazing time during my stay at Toby's resort. It's easily accessible to everything you need while still offering a more intimate feel, compared to the large all-inclusive hotels on the island. MAJOR thanks to Michael who was beyond helpful during my stay and provided assistancewith helping me distribute my hurricane relief donations. Compliments to the chefs as well as the food is great. "The Oceanview was prefect. Allowed me to stay for an additional tonight with discount. Neighbors very friendly and helpful. The pool stays open 24 hours. Need a pass to get on the beach which locks at 6 pm. The Restaurant was great not over priced menu. There's a bar/gift shop on the premise. "

"I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered. "
