I enjoyed my stay at the property. The room was spacious. I love the idea that the patio was overlooking the beach. If you have a question or concern management was ready to assist. I would advise anyone looking for accommodation to stay at the resort. And if cooking is your thing, there is also a kitchen.

The first room was cute and nicely decorated but had roaches, only one burner worked on the stove, there was no hot water, and the fan did not work. After speaking with management they offered to spray the following day if we stay. We respectfully declined asking to be moved which he agreed for additional us cash only even though we originally paid with a credit card. We were unable to speak to anyone other then the man who charged us to move rooms. He said because we paid for a package the rate is different. In my opinion the first one was cheaper because of all the issues. The second room was no upgrade but was well kept, clean, no roaches, and everything worked properly.

The overall view was excellent. I would stay there again even though the apartment itself needs some work. Most of the blinds were missing and ants were all over the place. It needs a good cleaning and proper window treatments. If that happens, this would be the best place to stay. Ocean view, the Freeport and airport were visible from the balcony. Love love the views, inside the apartment not so much.

It took a long time to get checked because there was issues with our room. The ocean view was beautiful and our transportation was not included like it said we paid 21 extra for it I would not recommend the stay for the price I paid

Really needs to be upgraded! Problems with the elevator. The shower in our room was literally a pipe coming out of the wall. The water pressure was so high it hurt to stand under it. Basic cleaning--dusting along the ceiling edges would be an improvement. Our microwave had moldy food left in it!

Ability to walk across the street to get to Dr Cave Beach. It is an old building from my 1st stay 26 yrs ago,but the elevators work well and have been upgraded. The unit was very clean upon arrival but one of the porch chairs needed to be cleaned or replaced. The mattress was stained but the sheets were clean. Recommend replacing the stained mattress or install with a cover that can be cleaned or replaced as stains occur. Security is excellent and at door at all times.

Tv wasn’t working. Maintenance couldn’t fix it. Could not get towels when we asked. The room had 2 towels total. No soap in bathroom No pots to cook with only silverware and dishes They originally said they didn’t have a room for us as they thought we were supposed to arrive 2 days earlier. Very disappointing!!
