"Took off one star because I had to ask a couple of times to refill the body wash and shampoo and to clean my room and there was a female employee that was not welcoming so I avoided her when I needed anything and food could have been better. Besides that I loved my stay and alot of the employees that went out of their way to accommodate me in every way. Already planning on going back 😁"

I was then sent to a different property that was far below the standard of what I had originally paid for. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I chose to check out early and did not stay. I booked and paid for a specific property and standard of accommodation. The alternative offered did not meet those standards, and I should not be penalized for the property’s overbooking issue.
