I enjoyed the pathways and tropical gardens. Location was great and the sweet girl who took care of our needs was excellent. I booked the junior suite initially. Upon arrival and viewing the room, I was really disappointed. The suite smelled musty and smoky. The sheets on the bed had a big oily body print on them. I was disgusted by the bed. The suite had no TV as well. I was able to change rooms, and requested a room with a tv. They have only ONE room with a tv. This room had no kitchen, was much smaller, but it seemed a lot cleaner. Overall, I decided to make the best of it and we enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was the best part

My stay with my partner was great quiet and comfy we arrived earlier than expected was greeted with complimentary drinks walked right out the the beach which was clean 💙

I stayed at Moms Place for 3 days. I come to Jamaica often and have stayed at many places in Negril. I was very happy with my stay here. The staff was amazing. I felt like i was in a little cottage in Negril. Very clean and safe. I will definitely be back.

The friendly staff, great beach, cozy accommodations and laidback environment are the highlights of Mom’s Place. Every day presents a picture-perfect view of the Caribbean Sea and awesome sunset. I booked one night but ended up staying six weeks. Special mention to Angel, Maria, Paola and Elvis. See you soon!

I enjoyed my stay as it was a low key place. I didn't care for the loud music next door and wished the hotel had beach towels available for guests. Oh and need to make sure water, sodas and juices for drinks are supplied.

Great people in a storybook beachside garden group of rooms and bungalows. This is definitely off the resort track and right into the Negril beach culture. Had a hard time finding it by cab since it's about 100 meters down a narrow path from the main drag to beach.

I was looking for a home away from home. Mom‘s places is as close as it gets to a wholesome, calm environment with access to everything you may need. I frequent Jamaica often and stayed in many guest houses in many hotels. I’ve even rented from locals and I will say that Mom‘s place exceeds my expectations. I will be returning every time I come to Jamaica. The price is right and the vibes are memorable. Like waking up to smooth jazz in the morning on the beach.

The room was very clean; staff was very courteous and helpful. I had no issues with my room, or the premises. Staff greeted me by name every day, offered to assist me in going to a local restaurant, and getting my luggage to the transfer bus, when the driver did not come directly to the front of the property. The verandah was nice and clean, and allowed me to sit and sip my tea every evening, even when it rained, the space remained largely dry, so I was able to sit and enjoy the afternoon breeze. If you just need a place to sleep and change, this is the place. There is a restaurant on site and is in close proximity to many other places to eat. The beach is mere steps away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This unique family owned resort sits right on the edge of the 7 mile beach. Services and accommodations were perfect for what I was looking for. Very economical owners on the property daily and very inviting. Love the fact they secured the area during the night and throughout the day. My room was clean and spacious for 2 with my own bathroom. They serve continental breakfast in the morning. Wish there was a better internet connection, open kitchen and bar for lunch and dinner, but overall it was a great stay!
