"This hotel is in the heart of Stockholm, walking distance to historical places, shopping, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast is abundant and good quality. The hotel is very well kept and clean. Although the rooms are not very big, there is a fantastic lobby area with many seats, the restaurant, a terrace, and a bar.The bar is open until midnight most of the days. The best part is the staff, absolutely friendly, and very supportive. We certainly enjoyed our stay in best western."

"There was no slippers provided. The AC is also fairly loud and air was very dry. Had to leave the window open at night to get air to sleep well, fortunately it is summer so the outside air isn't too cold."

"Train-station hotels are not always the best - but this hotel, while not much to look at, is great. There’s nothing missing except maybe an eye mask (sun is up around 16:00 in the summer). Just good all around - and breakfast is properly done (looking at you France and Italy)."

"Séjour d'une semaine. Hôtel incroyable. Un service de qualité. Un personnel souriant et accueillant. Vous pouvez croiser Annick, un vrai rayon de soleil. Le petit déjeuner est varié et qualitatif. Des espaces communs bien entretenu que ce soit les salons dans les étages ou bien le sauna (gratuit). La literie est très confortable. Très bonne insolation. L'aéroport n'est vraiment pas bruyant. Il y a peut-être 3 avions par jour grand maximum. En revanche, il faut bien 45min pour rejoindre...

Our pre-stay requests were a high floor, quiet room with walk in shower which were all met and exceeded our expectations.
