"For the cost of the room, the amenities were the worst I've ever found. One tiny horrible bar of soap, watered-down pump soap in the shower, super thin washcloths and towels.
No plugs except one with a 6-plug unit plugged over one outlet at the sink. Lucky I had a long phone charger cord. Won't stay there again! Plus I told all the people I was with not to stay there unless they could bear this part. It was truly ridiculous.
The staff was lovely, though. Parking was great. Right next to the downtown. So, were it not for the other parts, it would have been totally great and convenient."

"Muy mala esperiencia recerve king bed i ha a full or quen size bed estube tratando de llamar para reacomodar y tardo mas de 2 horas hablando me hicieron ir a loby 2 veces una de esas se me callo y quebro mi tel tenia que subir e ir al front desk trabajamos 8 horas manejamos mas de 2:30horas segun ibamos a relajarnos y llegamos alas 10:30pm terminamos de arreglar el problema a las 12:15 de la media noche nos querian mover a otro hotel a esa hora bien cansados y frustrados"

"This used to be a somewhat decent place before. They’ve changed ownership and it’s even worse. Completely no breakfast at all not even coffee or tea. Typical Indian people. Now, I’m not saying they’re not nice but they just don’t have customer service tendencies, culture or American standards in the sense of hospitality. My bed was literally on the floor no frame at all was so uncomfortable and hard to sleep on! Tiny 27 inch tv No Vending machine, don’t answer phone at front desk. No amenities. This is a huge profit for these people on the weekends when they can charge 200-300 in this area it’s ridiculous. For not even updated the linen since they bought the place! Same sheets as the old owner! Dingy old musty. They have an opportunity to do great things in this area and they choose to do bare minimum. Typical Indian family living in the side of the hotel."
