"Railway 74 was a great location in La Spezia. We were very close to the station, they had available luggage storage, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. Very great experience and would highly recommend if you’re visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre villages."

"Fantastic location and property, as well aa excellent hospitality. Stunning view to wake up to. We will come back again!"

"Molto caratteristico, una mensola in più e un armadio, non sarebbero stati male.Il proprietario ti fa' sentire a casa."

"Everything in the room was fine, good communication with staff, the view is very beautiful and plentiful of free parking. The only issue is that if you stay in room 3 or 4 and there is other guess. They moved us from rooms but maybe they should invest in some insulation in the walls or thicker walls"

"Ottima struttura. Una terrazza bellissima."

"Lugnt och vackert område. Rymligt och avkopplande atmosfär."

"I've stayed in hotels around the world and can say with all honesty, there is no place like this. The attention to detail and originality are 2nd to none."
