My first visit to the property. I was put in a room next to the ice maker and to the washer dryer area. I don't believe the property was full, so why select a room that has extra noise for first time guests?

WORST. HOTEL. EVER.

The price of my room was originally supposed to be $200 for two rooms, and I paid almost $100 more. Nothing was done or even offered to get it fixed. The "hot tub" is a jacuzzi in the room that doesn't work. Absolutely no blow dryer. The AC quit in both rooms during the night. Don't bring a bunch of luggage because you're going to have to take it up the stairs. There are no elevators. I called to get new sheets for our bed because we had an accident and I had to go to the front desk. Room service was never offered once. The drink machine also might take your money so you gamble using it. Absolutely no snacks in the vending machine. It was overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Don't waste your money or time even trying to go here.

Rooms couldve been cleaner. Tub was full of water, no one unplugged drain which made us wonder if itcwas ever cleaned or if cleaner left water in tub??? Mirror was terribly streaked butvotherwise clean room. Website listed pet deposit of $10/pet. Clerk tried to charge $20 All breakfast items wete old and stale and juice was horribly watered down. For $150 we excpected a little better. But it certainly couldve been worse. Oh! And we found a water moccasin under the downspout. No doubt coming from the tall grasses in the drainage ditch behind the dog fence. Pay attention to tour pets and kids!

This property needs new curtains sheets and stylish comforter sets … they are still using the comforter sets from 2000 or more … also the carpet needs to be pulled because it had a smell and the curtains are really out dated … the staff friendly and I stay there for the convenience

I have tried to cancel this reservation over a half dozen times to no avail. The hotel was horrific. The pool had no water in it and the bathrooms were not in working condition. We immediately cancelled at the hotel. However, I was told to call Expedia and cancel. I tried multiple times and was constantly hung up on by a man named Paul. I was given a second number to call and cancel. Only to find myself talking to a recording and was also hung up on after being on the line for several minutes. Paul, told me he was not with Expedia. He was a third party only to make reservations. However, when I called the number given, he was the one to pick up. The service was horrible and I will never use Expedia for anything again.
