"Rooms dirty, no soap, toilet seat loose, room phone dead, Elevator not working. We had a room on the 3rd floor. I have stayed there over 20 times and the quality has declined every visit. This was our last stay"

I didn’t consume any breakfast here as it was a continental breakfast and I prefer a fuller meal. Breakfast area/lobby also tidy. "First of all the room was freshly renovated and very clean and the clerk who checked us in was very nice. Food was the usual fare and again alll was clean and hot. However the online description of the hotel did not reflect what was the overall condition of the hotel. Driving into the parking lot it looked like an abandoned property. You are directed to the side of the hotel for checking in where was a side door and a table. The price was good for the quality of the room. I think they should have closed the hotel until it was renovated. "
