"This is a beautiful , upscale hotel/Inn. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They serve a wonderful breakfast and have fresh coffee available all day. They also bake fresh cookies in the afternoon and leave out with other snacks for the guests. Impeccably clean! It also has a landscaped area in the back with trails to hike and tables and chairs for events. I had a great experience and highly recommend staying here."

"Poor quality gym. Useless pool hours. Overall quality of facility was poor upkeep. Smelled of cigarette and dope smoke. No sound proofing. The neighbor was having a party at 2 in the morning. Might as well have joined them. Bedding material was very well used and mattresses were less than to be desired. Online description does not match what the actual amenities really are."

"We were caught off guard as we thought this was a typical hotel. It was run more like an air b&b. You get a code to the main entrance and your room. Our room was a bit difficult to find as we had to go down, then past a bar and the gym before entering another locked door to access our room. Our room was nicely decorated and clean, but we surprised by the waterbed. And the barn door that covers either the bathroom or the shower - and the glass shower didn’t have a door. We also didn’t expect...

"I think this was a homeless shelter. It was very uncomfortable. I did not feel safe. The toilet seat was coming off of the hinges. I had one large refrigerator and one small refrigerator in the room. It was extremely outdated. There was a smoking station/ashtray outside my door where everyone congregated until late into the night arguing and talking very loud. It was just not a good experience. "The room didn’t feel or look clean. There were long dark hair in the shower before I used it. The carpet had disgusting looking stains in it. It didn’t feel or look clean. The walls were dinged up and furniture scratched. Corners of the bathroom and room had lots of dirt built up and the room smelled terrible—like unkempt pets. I did bring my clean, well behaved dog. I couldn’t book a pet room online thru Expedia and when front desk staffed learned this when I checked in, they switched my room...
